One of the most exciting things about Alamance Reads is that everyone in the community can participate not only in reading the book but can also participate in one, many, or all of the available programs.

Programs are open to children and adults. Some programs require sign up, so be sure to read the program page carefully. You may sign up at the front desk of the library prior to the event (please sign up early so we can have adequate materials/seats), or go to our website contact page to call, write or e-mail us.

Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (in accordance with the library’s Safe Child policy).
